By using xcservicesinc.com, including /compare-plans, /att, /spectrum, and /xfinity (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms. The date above will change. Continued use is acceptance of the new Terms.
We compare retail internet plans at your address and help you order with a Provider Partner. Current provider pages and XC desks:
We do not currently offer DirecTV, Verizon, Optimum, HughesNet, or Viasat on this Site.
We do not: provide the internet service ourselves; pay or change provider bills; reset provider logins; report outages; or cancel existing provider accounts. Those requests go to the provider.
Plans, promotions, and install dates are set by the provider and depend on your address and their credit or qualification rules. A quote on this Site or by phone is not a final bill. Taxes, equipment, and provider fees may apply. Your service contract is with AT&T, Spectrum, or Xfinity, not with XC Services.
If you submit a form or call a number on this Site, you consent to contact from XC Services about that inquiry. AT&T and Spectrum inquiries may be handled at (888) 273-0931. Xfinity inquiries may be handled at (888) 915-7137. We may share your information with the Provider Partner you asked about so they can complete an order. You may opt out using Section 12. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
Site content belongs to XC Services or its licensors. AT&T, Spectrum, Xfinity, Comcast, and related marks belong to their owners. We use those names only to identify plans we are authorized to compare as a retailer. That use does not mean we are the provider or their official customer-service channel.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, XC Services is not liable for provider billing errors, outages, install delays, or other issues with AT&T, Spectrum, or Xfinity service. The Site is provided "as is." Our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us, if anything, for the specific matter.
Links to AT&T, Spectrum, or Xfinity sites are not under our control. After you order with a provider, that provider's terms and privacy policy govern that relationship. XC Services is not a party to your provider contract.
You will defend and hold XC Services and its people harmless from claims arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or a dispute between you and a Provider Partner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Contra Costa County, California, unless the law requires otherwise. You waive class actions and class arbitration.
We may suspend access to the Site for violation of these Terms, fraud, or harm to XC Services or others.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the Site. If one part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
